Under the project MultiEnt the first workshop for entrepreneurs joined portuguese and cyprus companies, led by founders and managers, that shared experiences among them and with romanian managers.
The results of this workshop, wich took place between 6 and 10 may in Romania, were very satisfifatory and the evaluation was very good.

The project “Multiplying Entrepreneurship through Coaching – Building a sustainable support structure for start-up companies” has as it main objective to create a sustainable structure for developing entrepreneurial competences for SME with less than 5 years seniority, from various sectors, including production, crafts, services or ICT and for continuing support through trained coaches.
Last 5th and 6th february all partners were together in Valenje to discuss te results achieved in the project and discuss next steps. The training session developed in Regensberg had a high score and the participants could develop their competencies as coaches. The training was based on working sessions aiming to the participants develop skills as coaches for the young entrepreneurs. Next training sessions will take place on May and are targeted to young entrepreneurs.
10-14 September 2018 – Regensburg Germany
During all week from 10.09.2018 to 14.09.2018, the learning activity for coaches took place in Regensburg, involving a team of 21 trainers and trainees.
14-15 June 2018 – Nicosia Cyprus
The second partnership meeting was held 14-15th of June at Nicosia Cyprus, received by the partner GrantXpert. All partners attended the meeting. The two main outcomes addressed at the meeting were two IOs (Intelectual Output):
- IO1 – Handbook for Coaches
- IO2 – Handbook for Entrepreneurs
Was also discussed the IO3 Online Support Development.
